We are deliberate about what we claim here, because the rest of this market is not.
What we can tell you today
- Product is sourced from GMP-oriented manufacturers and supplied with batch identifiers.
- Batch documentation is available on request against your order reference.
- If a specific lot's documentation is not available, we will say so rather than send you something generic.
What we will not do
- We will not publish certificates we cannot trace to the batch you received.
- We will not display purity figures we cannot evidence.
- We will not use stock "lab photos" that do not correspond to our supply.
Why this page exists. Trust is the whole game in this category.
A trust signal you cannot back up is a liability, not an asset — so we would rather publish a
policy we can honour than a certificate we cannot.
