Payment

• Card — instant, handled by Stripe. Every card price is shown on the product page.
• Bank transfer — save 10%. The bank price sits under each card price. We confirm the order once the transfer clears.

Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched from the UK — no customs handling and no import VAT for you.
• Dispatch times are confirmed by email with your order reference.
• If an item is out of stock we tell you before taking payment, not after.

After you order

You receive an order reference. Keep it — it is how we match batch documentation and any support request to your order.
